Ok i'm sorry.
Today the assistence answer to my email and write me to do an repair, option from menù inside the app, but after a boot the situation remain the same.
This evening I take the decision : delete the program from install, when finish i do a boot , than i check the registry with cCleaner.
I make a start boot again. After download again the product from the site and activeted the code of licence, I do a new scan and every thing is working fine.
Of course if it become necessary again I follow your procedure. Many thanks for your good and fast support.
