Eset failed to update and download issue

Hi. Yesterday Eset failed to update . Cleared cache, re-booted pc, still the same issue. Unistalled like per Eset guide, then struggling to download installer - speed 15kB/s!! and constant disconnected. After hours of try, downloaded, and now when start installation get message that no internet connection.Internet connection are working in full speed, stream working, all web pages open, ping to Eset server working - so what's the issue? Win10 latest version home edition pc.

At home I've just downloaded a 54-MB ESET Smart  Security installer in 2 seconds. Try connecting via a different ISP, if possible. Should the problem persist, please contact ESET UK for help with troubleshooting. At any rate, the issue is not global.

Hi. Tryied download by different ISP - the same issue. Speed for download is 12kB/s. Reported issue yesterday to Eset UK - nobody sseems to working on there and no activity on Twitter also.

Please provide a Wireshark pcap log from downloading an ESET installer.
