ACT.33

Hi. 

I changed my laptop and tried to transfer my valid licence for ESET Internet Security to the new laptop, but received 'Activation Failed' message with error code: ACT.33. I tried several times but all had same result. I sent email to ESET customer service 2 times but unfortunately still no feedback. I expect more respect from ESET customer service. Please someone from your team help me.

There is a discrepancy between the country that your license was issued in (China) and the country you've selected during registration in this forum (Germany). Please contact the issuer of your license in China. It's likely that the license was confined to activation in China.
