How can i  temporary allow pen drive access to a device at the client machine via ESMC 7.1.393.0

Do you have Device Control enabled and some blocking rules in place? If so, you must create a permissive rule to allow a particular USB drive to connect. You can also activate override mode and temporarily disable the block rule.
