we have special debug version prepared to tackle this issue.

please download it from http://ftp.nod.sk/~randziak/EMSA/5.2.38.0/ and install on your device.

Make sure logs submission is enabled, reproduce the issue, submit a ticket for us and let us know, so we can check your logs to see what the root cause is

The devs already have the logs (what made them happy, as we were unable to get them so far from anyone with the issue) so they will analyze them.

so the devs find the cause of the issue and prepared a fixed build to verify it.

Can you please download and install the version 5.2.47.0 from http://ftp.nod.sk/~randziak/EMSA/5.2.47.0/ and let us know how it went?

In case you encounter an error, please submit a ticket from the app for us.

If you want, we may provide you with a license for your cooperation with troubleshooting of this error 😉

I'll run and test it out. Any trouble I'll send a ticket to you. The licence would be great, my wife just paid for hers and I was going to share hers.
