Make sure logs submission is enabled, reproduce the issue, submit a ticket for us and let us know, so we can check your logs to see what the root cause is Regards, Peter

Can you please download and install the version 5.2.47.0 from http://ftp.nod.sk/~randziak/EMSA/5.2.47.0/ and let us know how it went?
