Cannot start, license not found

Hello,

I am using ESMC. I'm trying to install ESET File Security for Linux. I installed the Agent fine. I tried to deploy the product using ESMC and the status appears to stuck in "Waiting for product". When I try to restart the esets service, it says license not found. I've tried to activate using ESMC and my license and the task fails. Any suggestions?

Did you install EFSL v7? Does agent connect to the ESMC server alright, ie. the time of the last connection updates?

Is it possible to activate EFSL manually as per the KB https://help.eset.com/efs/7/en-US/?activate_productname.html ?

Yes agent is in good working order.

I have installed ESET Server Security 4.5.15.0

I actually am using a distributor for the license and can't see the actual license key.

So I got the .lic and imported it. Everything should be fine now. Thanks!
