I have a vires in my laptop some files not work properly .so please help me to remove the vires with online assistance.

Were those files encrypted? What is the extension of files?

If you have purchased a license for ESET, please email samples[at]eset.com and provide:
- a handful of examples of encrypted files (ideally Office documents)
- the ransomware note with payment instructions
- logs collected with ESET Log Collector (https://support.eset.com/kb3466/)
- logs collected with ESET System Vulnerability Checker (ftp://ftp.nod.sk/samples/svchecker/ESETSysVulnCheck.exe).

Compress all the stuff into a single archive and encrypt it with the password "infected"
If the archive is too big to send by email, upload it to a safe location and provide us with a download link.
