And using eset node32 and now want to upgrade EndPoint Antivirus, and some of client join domain and don't join. Please help me to advise for upgrade, because some of client before I install directly. But now I want to upgrade all at once time. Many thanks! Savuth

I would recommend contacting customer care or your local distributor to set up someone to assist you remotely and by phone on your case. If they all have the same warning, you can post the warning here, but i assume it may be a default warning. Ex: need ports open on firewall, or network sharing not on, or incorrect license or config on the policy. ESET Remote Administrator Push Installation Requirements and Checklist
