My ESET has not been able to update for 4 days.  Continually says -Bad link to update server.  Have tried all the suggestions on the support page.

Please run ESET Log Collector, select "All" from the profile list and then click "Collect". When done, upload the generated archive here.

Thanks Marcos.

Sorry I am a novice.  Where do I find ESET Log Collector and I can't see where to upload the generated archive too as can't enlarge your reply box
