Abhisheksinghal 0 Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 Hi, I am using ESET Remote Administrator Console version 5, and I am unable to get the answer to why virus definition of some of the clients are not updating with the latest database definition although there last connected status shows that the client is connected few seconds ago and the system is up and running all the time? Do they update from ESET's update servers? Do you use a proxy? I'd strongly recommend upgrading Endpoint to v7 and ERA v5 to ESMC for maximum protection against current threats as soon as possible.
