Error updating version

Hi, I am updating the version of the eset endpoint antivirus and I have problem with some computers.

The updating start normally and then appear this error: MSI.-2144783648.

I don't find this error on the forum.

Can help me please?

By updating you mean sending a software install task that will upgrade Endpoint to the latest v7.1?

Do you have currently Endpoint v6 installed or older? Are you able to run an Endpoint v7.1 msi installer and install it over the existing Endpoint manually or installation also ends with an error?

I download and install manually the last version of the eset endpoint antivirus (7.1.2053.0) from the web with the avremoval and 64 bits (the computers haver w7 64 bits and w10 64 bits)

The computers have the version 7.0 of eset endpoint
