On the other hand, it could be a legit file that was patched or infected with a virus. You can check it at VirusTotal to see if other AVs detect it. If so, submit it to ESET for further analysis.

:DThank you all.I ran tdss and it found 2 rookits and it took care of the issue.It was embedded deep in a system file in disguise.It did look legit.
