I have my sys inspector data and it has some questionable entries and I do not know if they are ok or not?

I didn't find anything wrong with the ESI log. ESI logs are to be analyzed by advanced users and typically only if there's a problem with malware or other issues with the OS or ESET itself. If you are not having any issues, there's no reason to create and check an ESI log. Otherwise you should also include information about the issue you are having so that we can focus on the appropriate information in the log.
