Charged twice to account

Good Afternoon,

 

This is Carlos Ortiz. I was charged twice to the same product for the same computer. 

I was charged 69.94 for ESET NOD32 for my computer. I paid 2 years plus a disk.

Then I was charged Yesterday July 5 for 75.19 . I did not buy anything else because I just have 1 laptop.

The overcharge payment was for 75.19 to my personal account.

Please get in contact with me to resolve this issue, if I don't get feedback I will have to dispute this amount (75.19) since it was deducted from my account without my authorization.

Did you purchase ESET through www.eset.com/us ? I'm not 100% sure but I don't think that ESET sells boxed versions through the web. Please contact the seller or ESET LLC.
