If you don't have the product installed yet, download it from https://www.eset.com/us/download/home/, install it and after installation activate it with the license key that you have received after purchase. Please see the answer above. If you don't see ESET among installed applications, most likely it's not installed yet. Download the latest version from ESET's website and install it. Another thing could be that a registry cleaner or whatever removed ESET's values from the registry and therefore it doesn't appear among installed applications even if it's installed on a disk.
