MitchellN 0
Is it possible, and if so how, to have notifications sent to a different email based on a group? So if a computer in Group 1 has a new threat found, I would like an email sent to Email 1. Group 2 -> Email 2 and so on.
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted April 4, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted April 4, 2019 Hello @MitchellN In ECA, as of now, you can only configure one "monitored group", per notification. There is no possibility to either duplicate notifications and configure each instance for different group / recipient, or to do pairing inside for group & recipient. I will check with devs, whether this would be possible, but in general I consider it a nice feature. Just to better understand your intentions, are we talking about ECA (ESET Cloud Administrator) here? You have different branches, or what is the primary driver for you to configure it this way? Thank you!
MitchellN 0
Thanks for answering MichalJ. Yes, I am talking about ECA. And yes, there are different branches. I just wanted to have the person in charge of each branch get notifications of the computers for that branch.
