gerating installers stuck

hello

I'm trying to generate any of available installer for almost a week trying every day few times

in Remote Administrator but it always stuck between 64% and 76%.

In the past I had this problem in like 50% of tries, now in 100% tries, but it was 2-3 version upgrades of Remote Administrator before. 

No matter which installer type and if 32 or 64bit version. Tried with different versions and languages, also not helped.

Checked Remote Administrator tomcat logs and no errors there.

 

my versions are

ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.5 (6.5.522.0)
ESET Remote Administrator (Web Console), Version 6.5 (6.5.388.0)

I would start with checking ERA/ESMC Server's trace.log for possible clue. If I recall correctly, 76% might mean that downloading of installers is done, so It might be failing during final phase which requires a lot of memory - could you verify there is enough free RAM (~1GB at least)?

adding more ram does not help,

in task manager ram usage for tomcat is between 256MB and 350MB  and going up and down like in loop when Im gerating installer.

I added initial ram size to 512MB and max to 1024MB but no change in generating installers, today it stuck always in 67%.

As for trace logs I changed log level in Remote Admin console to trace but don't see any trace logs in 

c:\Progam Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\logs dir in any file there

where should I search for them?

Should be in:

C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Server\EraServerApplicationData\Logs\trace.log

thanks for tip but looks like i founded a workaround,

- restart ESET Remote Administrator Server in services

- restart ESET Rouge Detection Sensor in services

- restart tomcat with Remote Administrator console webapp

and installers are generating like a charm
