eset blocking mail

We have an application that generates mail as part of the process, since eset installation, when the app tries to send mail, an error pops up asking if you want to allow it to send, with option to allow for maximum 10 minutes, eset is up to date, is there a way to create exception for the app in eset, this was possible in last security software we had.
