I scanned router and i got this message from eset https://imgur.com/a/VgY2tLu It says that is probably safe but that i should check router configuration. Should i just leave it or do i need to change something in router?

hdx1337 0
In your router general network settings are running. Network need them and settings are probably safe. Check router configuration

Although uPnP is not recommended to be enabled but it's okay as far as I know.
