I am stuck on version 3.1349 dated January 9, 2014. EMS has been telling me I am up-to-date ever since (as of this post virus radar states 3.1354 is the current version). I have tried doing an uninstall and reinstalling but that did not help...

I can confirm this. Mine is also 3.1349 , fresh install ( I was testing an other phone security app).
