Recently, I have some threat report with no action taken like in the attachment.

What can be the reason for this?

I immediately scan the infected PCs, should I do anything else?

This detection requires user's interaction. No action is logged if the user selects "No action" when asked to select the desired action. Setting strict cleaning mode in the Web access protection setup should terminate the connection automatically in such case.

Ah, I see. Thank you. Still, I think the "Strict mode" of Real-time Protection and Web access protection should be merge. I didn't know they are separated ?.
