Steve Cohen 0 Posted August 15, 2018 Share Posted August 15, 2018 Using the ERA plugin for connectwise automate (plugin version 2.5.2.0). All of a sudden today, when using the policy editor, I get a blank screen and no settings become available to edit. I'v relioaded the plugin, reboot all servers involved to no avail. Happens on 3 different machines/servers with different operating systems and worked fine yesterday. Has anyone experienced this or have any clue what to look at to fix? Any help is appreciated. tomha 3 Posted August 19, 2018 Share Posted August 19, 2018 Steven, i can confirm, that the Eset Plugin for Automate seems to be broken. We also cannot create or edit ERA Policies because the policy editor shows a blank screen. We are on ESMC 7.0.553.0 , Automate 12 Patch 8, Eset Plugin 2.5.2.0 The ERA Plugin logs do not show any relevant entries.
