Please help

so when I was last night on yt on  google chrome a random thing donwloaded

but I ignored it then when my avira antivirus started giving me warnnings about this thing called ADWARE ZDENGO and then I was like eh when I cliked the delete  virus button it kept  copying it self

then this is what i found when i searched it up

and when i tried t deleted it and it said you need adminastor premision and i am adminastor and my google chrome wont eny more open bc of this thing sometimes my mouse moves by itself please tell me if there is eny guide to fix this and i also found this

and it also has deleted my sound i cant hear anything from the computer please help

Since you are not using ESET, I'd recommend contacting your AV vendor for assistance.
