I did browse that website yesterday, but I am still getting the notifications today. The IP addresses resolves to edge.presslabs.net I checked the Notification settings in Chrome and I have not approved this website. Why am I getting this traffic when I am not on the website? We don't consider websites with guidelines to fixing various errors trustworthy as long as they start with advice to download dodgy or PUA application. The IP addresses resolves to edge.presslabs.net For clarification, are you stating you are receiving Eset alerts for windowsreport.com but you never directly accessed that domain name? And the IP address shown in the alert resolves to edge.presslabs.net ? One possibility is edge.presslabs.net did a redirect to windowsreport.com.
