Troy Jollimore 0 Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Noticed that a few of my systems running Eset Endpoint AntiVirus 6.3 - 6.5 had been tagged as 'inactive' by the Remote Admin Console. On checking these, the ESet service is set to 'Automatic', but just doesn't start. Starting manually works perfectly. I've run a number of different cleaners/detection tools, but nothing shows up. I installed 6.5 over a couple of the 6.3s. but there's no change in behaviour. Any ideas?

Also create a Procmon boot log from a system start as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/kb6308/.
