AntiVirus Service Not Starting on Reboot

Noticed that a few of my systems running Eset Endpoint AntiVirus 6.3 - 6.5 had been tagged as 'inactive' by the Remote Admin Console. On checking these, the ESet service is set to 'Automatic', but just doesn't start. Starting manually works perfectly. I've run a number of different cleaners/detection tools, but nothing shows up. I installed 6.5 over a couple of the 6.3s. but there's no change in behaviour. Any ideas?

Please gather logs with ESET Log Collector on one of the troublesome clients and provide me with the generated archive via a personal message.

Also create a Procmon boot log from a system start as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/kb6308/.
