Administrators Marcos 5,074 Posted April 5, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 5, 2018 Please temporarily uninstall EAV and install ESET Internet Security (activate a 30-day trial version ). Then in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics, enable advanced firewall logging and reboot the computer. Next disable logging and collect logs with ELC. I had contacted you technical assistant team via mail. after after they took remote control of my pc, they rectified the problem after uninstalling it in safe mode vie a "uninstaller" they downloaded from there system to mine and then reinstalling the antivirus.
