I have ESET Internet version 11.0.159.5 So I want to upgrade my product to ESET Smart Security Premium thus I don't know how to do that and even if its possible or not. It has been mentioned a couple of times that this can be done for a small upgrade fee. However, I believe the OP wanted to know just exactly what is the actual procedure on how to perform the upgrade. Recommend Eset posts a "sticky" to this forum or publish an Eset KB article on what is the procedure. Also in the procedure it should be noted what the upgrade fee is.
