Mail Security for Exchange blocks outgoing mail

We have purchased ESET mail security for Exchange (SBS 2011).

After installing and configuring the EMS we can not send e-mail anymore. Alle e-mails disappeared in a black hole...

How to solve this problem?

For now i have imidiatly deinstalled the EMS.

Do you mean that after installing ESET Mail Security for MS Exchange any sent email was not actually sent and disappeared somehow somewhere ?

What server roles are installed?

Yes.

after uninstalling the ESET everything works good.
