User in China

We are a US based company with several offices in China. When we tried to install ESET endpoint security and antivirus on our China computers, Outlook stopped sending and receiving emails and ESET does not seem to be compatible with their dictionary.  Is there a different client that is designed to be used in China vs. the rest of the world?

Not sure what dictionary you mean. Maybe the ESET Outlook plug-in clashes with another one that is installed on those machines. If the issue occurs with the very latest Endpoint 6.6, I'd suggest contacting customer care and providing them with an Outlook email plug-in debug log for perusal. Customer care will provide you with instructions how to generate one.
