Most Valued Members SCR 195 Posted November 7, 2013 Most Valued Members Share Posted November 7, 2013 I had a problem logging in to my account at verizonwireless.com. The log in page loaded fine but the actual log in produced the Error code: ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_TRUNCATED on Chrome and the usual "page could not be loaded" on IE10. This happened ont wo machines one XP the other Win7 both using ESS v7. After a few hours on the phone with Verizon help they pretty much gave up as to why this was happening to my account. Disabling ESS through the tray icon did not make a difference. However I remembered reading some place, I forgot where, that this still may be a firewall issue. The issue developed after I updated from v6 to v7. With that in mind, I went to setup>advanced setup>Web Access protection>URL address management and set *verizonwireless.com* as well as *vzw.com* as addresses excluded from filtering. I also had to do this for my account at medicare.gov. All worked fine after doing this. I do not believe that either of theses sites are dangerous but still feel a bit uncomfortable excluding anything from being filtered by ESS. So the questions. Why did I have to exclude them? Can I make changes that will still allow them to be filtered while allowing me to log on to them? Thanks, Stan
Administrators Marcos 4,915 Posted November 7, 2013 Administrators Share Posted November 7, 2013 Maybe their server doesn't communicate properly via http. We'll try to reproduce the issue and check the http communication.

Administrators Marcos 4,915 Posted November 8, 2013 Administrators Share Posted November 8, 2013 Would it be possible for you to change the password, create a log for us and then change the password back for security reasons? I'd provide you with instructions how to create logs we'll need to troubleshoot the issue.
