I have created a desktop software for windows and now when installing the software it's showing the software is suspicious/vulnerable
After installing then it's automatically blocked some features of the software
So, the question is how can I make my software trustable by ESET?

Please provide a screen shot of the alert that ESET triggers on the software in question.

I also believe this is something you need to handle internally with Eset after fully verifying to them who you are.

send us the log of your eset; maybe you can only add this software to the exceptions both on real time protection and on on-demand scan and on the other protection options
