Installation Error

I am trying to install ESET Endpoint security on a workstation with a file created by the ESET Remote Administrator which has been successful on all other workstations in the network.  The installation fails with the following message:-  The installation was not completed successfully - Error Code 1920.  It asks me to run the ESET Specialised Cleaner as there is suspect Malware activity - I have ran this but it doesnt find anything, neither does malwarebytes.  Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Please generate install logs as per the instructions at http://support.eset.com/kb406/. Also collect logs with ELC by following the instructions linked in my signature.

When done, drop me a pm with the logs attached.

Looking further into this the problem is a 1920 Verify you have sufficient priveleges to start system services error no matter what user you are signed on as and when it is trying to start the remote agent service.

Try doing a Windows update and make sure all updates are appled, or install Visual C++ 2015 redistributable  (if Agent is v6.5)

We once ran into this problem where the Agent service cannot start, turns out that agent needs some dlls available as part of certain Windows update, or C++ redistributable(trying installing 2012 if Agent is below 6.4).
