IP adres tries to communicate with ekrn.exe

What operating system do you use? If Windows XP, then it's another application communicating via http and ekrn acts only as a local proxy.

IP address in the 169.254.0.0 - 169.254.255.255 are APIPA IPv4 local link addresses. None of these addresses are routable outside the local subnet i.e. your local network.

Normally, you should never see these addresses. If one is being used, it indicates there is a issue with you acquiring a valid DHCP address from your router's DHCP server or w/o such router, your ISP.
