edbro9` 0 Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 I have a 3 PC license for antivirus. When I activated on the first PC I was reluctant to give a real email address so I made a fake one. I didn't realize that they would be emailing me a password for my other two licenses. I figured I just needed to use the activation key. I hate giving out my email and address just to activate a product. So, I updated my information with a real email in the program but I don't know how I can retrieve my password so I can activate on my other machines. I tried the Retrieve License page but that just emails to my fake addr. Am I screwed?
TGW 15 Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Try: Retrieve License Details or just contact ESET Customer Care. Generally, this can be resolved easily especially if you have a proof of purchase. Good luck.
