When dayliight saving time is adjusted there is still only 1 hour difference. This is the time difference between the UK and Slovakia. Because the DST time changes in both these countries it is still only 1 Hour and always will be.
ESET HQ would need to be further east , like Ukraine etc for it to be +2 hours.

Not blocked for me , are you sure its ESET that's blocking it ?

Easily answered ... just get yourself ESET's product. I gave up trying other vendors software a long long time ago as there was always many reasons that brought me back to ESET every time. You get a free trial anyway , so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain

At a guess you have downloaded this file from somewhere other than google play store ?
The genuine app will not flag up as a threat. -

In an AV lab test where all but three vendor products scored 99.9% or above, one needs to ask themselves if such a test reflects current real world malware detection capability.
Totally agree , historically there has never been such a narrow margin between products.
Plus there is never any real data provided as to the samples used or the complexity of them.
These reviews have never painted a clear picture of the complete experience of the products. Takes months of using anything on a daily basis to get a true feel for how they stack up.

I have upc.exe in the same folder and it does not show as being detected.

Always used interactive personally , everything i need is already there. Maybe the poll will draw ideas from others

I see @JamesR has already replied , but i can also confirm it is detected.

Has your PC really been compromised or are you acting on an email that someone has sent you saying you have been hacked and demanding money ?
Posting more information here will be helpful , like what the hacker is doing or is able to do with your PC. Screenshots and try running scans with other products and see what (and if) they discover anything.
Something like malwarebytes free would be a good starting point . -

did some digging. found the logs and made a exclusion.
Hi,
I use Ubisoft connect myself and i don't have any issues with false positives , surprised you need to add an exclusion. -
Is there a rule to allow Rockstar Game Launcher web access ??
I not just run GTA , then alt-tab out of the game and go into SETUP > NETWORK PROTECTION . TROUBLESHOOTING WIZARD and allow the access from there. -

No.
It's not a processor issue and these are tiny baby processes. I have an i9-11900K OC and 32gb 3200 Ram.
The lag is caused by disk usage by ESET Internet security, it's not even a question. If I set it to 'stop doing this' and 'gamer mode' and it doesn't stop doing this and the FPS drops are uniquely because of disk usage and ESET IS is what's using the disk, let's not try to pass the hot potato.
The screenshots you have posted show nothing except you have paused real time protection. If you are not willing to check things or share details on the forum then i don't see how anyone can help you.
-
You seem to have a lot of processes running there , maybe if you could show task manager sorted by CPU usage and if you check SETUP > NETWORK PROTECTION > TROUBLESHOOTING WIZARD and see that nothing important is being blocked and causing the lag/spikes.

My guess would be either bad drivers or a faulty GPU. Is the GPU stable with other things like gaming or benchmarking ? Have you tried a different version of Nvidia drivers on it ??
-
Allow it (Keep Permissive rules) as you need to do that when some applications update that need internet access.
The site that does not work , does it not display ?? -

@TomasPI was always under the impression that central Europe was +1 ahead of the UK, regardless of the season/time of the year. Looks like brussels(eu govt) wants to get that changed by 2026 just to add more confusion 😂
