Uploading the screenshot with the appropriate tab open might help. It doesn't look like ESET is blocking YouTube but seems to be blocking the download of a file from un-stop (PLEASE DO NOT LINK).
-
Can you give any information as to the name of the app and developer?
NOTE: Just in case this is NOT a false positive, please do not include links to the app, executable files or the developer's website. Thanks!

Based on the screenshot, it looks like Windows User Account Control has blocked the app. Is there something else that would lead you to believe the blocked access is due to ESET?
Again based on the information in the screenshot, I'd recommend contacting your system administrator about this.
If you ARE the system administrator, you'll want to take a look at your UAC security filters; though you may want to scan the CD with ESET prior to doing so.

Not sure we understand your question.
Which log do you need to find? Not sure I've heard of the disable/enable log. Do you mean to ask how to easily see which ESET features are currently enabled/disabled?

If the issue is with connecting to Warcraft/Hearthstone would creating a rule to allow the ports (see ESET KB) used by them be recommended? Has that been attempted?
ie. TCP ports 1119, 3724, 4000, and 6112 | UDP port 3724
If that doesn't seem to fix the issue, something else might be going on and I'd venture opening a support ticket with ESET Customer Care might be the recommended solution.

Noticed this had not been replied to and wanted to check in: are you still experiencing this issue?
-
Scanning the file as you said takes milliseconds and gives you more piece of mind that the files you have, whether for Linux or not, are clean. So IF you should ever share those files or for some reason transfer them to a Windows system, they won't wreak havoc.

Your ESET security product will check for updates once an hour and we try to release those updates in such a way that it does not slow down your system or internet connection.
However, if you have an older system or slower connection that requires updates to come through less frequently, you can change how often those updates happen by following the step by step instructions shown here: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2781/

YES there is a version 9 for NOD32 and you're right. The URL posted was correct but the hyperlink pointed to the wrong product. I've fixed this and all should be well.

Thank you @BCVITAdmin for the exceptionally thoughtful and polite feedback. The way in which you stated what the specific issues were, how they manifest, resolution attempts you made, why they're important, and technical suggestions for improvement, gives us something useful that we can bring back to product managers.
I know our technical support guys are ready to help resolve your current issues if they can. They may ask for more technical information (such as logs) to help get a better picture of your environment and how best to resolve your issue, as well as giving our developers the technical info they need to pinpoint the problems so they can improve the products.
I also know our teams responsible for documentation have seen your post and are already working with their counterparts worldwide, to begin crafting and improving documentation within and about the products, features, etc.
Thanks again for your calm and thorough response. We always welcome any feedback but feedback like yours, that includes useful information that we can bring back to those who can make the changes actually happen, is applauded.
Personally, I absolutely applaud the first and last statements in your final section. ERA v6 was specifically created on (and continues to be improved by) customer feedback. It's come a long way from 6.0 to 6.3 but we're certainly not done. Also, I heard about ESET through family. A former colleague convinced me to apply. In my view, ESET has grown and continues to thrive thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations by happy customers that people trust and respect. We'd like to see that continue and we'll never forget from whence we came.

Honestly, I'm not exactly sure who (if anyone) or what can be blamed for the issue. ESET Internet Protection Module 1226.6 was released on the 5th of January without any issues, until OS X 10.11.3 was released late Tuesday. It seems something with the OS X update caused a conflict with our IPM but I don't think this is something either company could have foreseen. It just happened and it's easier to fix on our end, so we did.

We have been working with IP Boards on a number of issues lately but I don't have insight on exactly which problem they're addressing when. Hopefully this was one they just completed.
and...while it seems this particular issue is fixed, please let us know if the problems return. Thanks.

An updated Internet Protection Module was released earlier this morning, which addresses the issue. We've updated our Alert which states that this update should be pushed through automatically through the normal update process.
If you'd like to update now, you should clear your update cache and update using the steps here: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3173/
Again, we are sorry for the disruption this caused. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.

Thank you for letting us know. We're currently working with IP Board to address similar issues with verification emails. I wouldn't be surprised if this issue is related. I'll update the team, if they haven't seen this already.

Agreed. It's rule #5 HERE
It appears a moderator has already removed his profile photo. In keeping with the above, I'll remove the image you posted as well. No one needs to see that.
Moving forward, if you see anything else like this, simply report the member and we'll take care of it ASAP.
Reports send us email notifications, which works much faster (at least in my case) than creating a thread would.
Thanks again for catching it and making us aware!

We had to remove the songs to protect Nigel from all the paparazzi...jk
Protect Nigel from himself? Who on earth wants to take on THAT task?! ha ha
Just curios, but how much do you think that a first pressing, signed copy of the original CD would go for?Hmmm almost sounds like you own one
He and I both.
Confirmed and got permission from legal to share them. I'll inquire on what the proper procedure to do that might be. More to come soon!

The following ESET Knowledgebase article should help troubleshoot most update issues.

I don't know if there is a version of this in Croatian. Someone let me know if so: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2155/

Has anyone tried the solution Marcos gave above?
Have you tried deploying the Agent Live installer via GPO which is the recommended way of deploying agent ?
