Administrators Marcos 5,257 Posted February 23, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 23, 2016 We've prepared a hotfix for those who use ESET Cyber Security or ESET Cyber Security Pro 6.12 and have been experiencing issues with rendering certain websites. To install the hotfix: 1, Rename the file esets_proxy, e.g. by entering sudo mv esets_proxy esets_proxy_old in the terminal 2, Download esets_proxy.zip and extract it to /Applications/ESET Cyber Security Pro.app/Contents/MacOS/ 3, Restart OS X. Any feedback on the hotfix is appreciated. UPDATE: The binary was put to a zip archive to make installing it easier.

Alternatively, you can go to Finder and click 'Go > Go to Folder...' from the menu bar and paste /Applications/ESET Cyber Security Pro.app/Contents/MacOS/ to be taken straight to the folder. Edit: Removed previous content as the original post has been updated. Edited March 5, 2016 by planet
