I have the same issue? Using Version 7 and users are getting the password prompt when they need to Remember this action?
Please click the "untrusted certificate" link and post a screen shot of the certificate details.

Personally I don't use Thunderbird but theoretically it could be that Thunderbird itself or the integrated spam filter has been updated and now moves Black friday-related emails to the special folder.

There was a specific IP address blocked in May due to FakeAlert malware being there that is now causing the FP. We've unblocked it so please restart the machine in 5-10 minutes and check if the issue has been resolved. The FP will correct itself within ~30 minutes automatically.

You purchase one license for Parental Control regardless of how many children you control.
-
Please carry on as follows:
- under Help and support -> Details for customer care, enable advanced logging
- enter your license key in the activation screen
- when an error is displayed, stop logging
- gather logs with ESET Log Collector and post the generated archive here. -
Please post a screen shot of the Client tasks pane with details about the on-demand scan tasks unfolded.
-
Your license key remains same after purchasing a renewal. Check in the product if the expiration date of your license has been updated.

The question is why you have 4 tasks in the list if you sent only one task to the client.

Since ESET NOD32 Antivirus does not contain a firewall, it cannot affect network communication except application protocols HTTP(S), POP3(S) and IMAP(S).
Could you confirm that the issue occurs only with ESET Internet Security installed?
-
Are you positive that you have no on-demand scans scheduled in Scheduler and that no on-demand scans are set by policies assigned to dynamic groups?
Did you send just one on-demand scan task from ESMC?

This forum is by no means a channel for disputing detections. We were informed that you had received an official response from samples[at]eset.com.
For instructions for reporting false positives, please read https://support.eset.com/kb141/.
Having said that, we'll draw this topic to a close.

Please carry on as follows:
- in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics, enable advanced device control logging
- reboot the machine
- reproduce the issue
- stop logging
- gather logs with ESET Log Collector. Then contact your local customer care and provide them with the generated archive for perusal.
-
Please gather logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here. Attachments in our forum can be accessed only by moderators and ESET staff.

The problem should be gone now. We are still investigating it since it started to occur after upgrading SQL to the latest version.

Select Delete or Clean to clean the PUA.

Currently you can only disable webcam protection to prevent this. The issue was already discussed here: https://forum.eset.com/topic/16852-smart-security-premium-webcam-access-notifications/ and should be addressed in the next service build of v12.
To avoid having multiple topics on the subject, we'll draw this one to a close.

Try the following:
- disable SSL/TLS filtering
- reboot the machine
- without launching any application, re-enable SSL/TLS filtering
- check if the problem persists. -

So if it grows I guess it will be supported sooner or later?
If it becomes as popular as other supported browsers, we will consider it.

When installing Parental Control for Android, you choose whether it will be installed in the parental or child mode. A child's phone can be controlled from a parent's phone or by a parent through the Parental Control web portal, or by switching to parent mode on child's phone.

The file 490ff13c6e237ad51382426f9ef48ac44e2df540 is not malware. We won't add detection.

Never heard of that. Only popular browsers are supported so the answer is most likely no.

If you check permissions for a folder on drive C:, do they look like as follows? In such case it shouldn't be related to the AT issue described in the KB:
If you create a folder, e.g. c:\1 and copy an arbitrary application there (e.g. calc.exe), are you able to run it from there?

There was a temporary outage of activation servers. That was fixed about 2 hours ago.

By "central" you mean the portal my.eset.com and specifically the Ant-Theft portal?

The question is what certificate is untrusted and why. If it was trusted, the warning would not pop up.
