jpx39 0 Posted October 12, 2016 Share Posted October 12, 2016 (edited) Hello, I'm using ESET NOD32 Antivirus version 8, since I remember everything was ok, but today when I looking for something I found a broken "Detected threats" log file look at screen 1, totally empty I mean no time or something like this, panels from the top are missing. For example on screen 2 "events" everything is OK. Please help. EDIT: I chcecked on another PC and even another NOD version, that same bug. If so, does the log remain empty? What's the size of the file C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\Logs\virlog.dat ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Size of virlog.dat is 651 bytes and if I open it in notepad, showing something from detected eicar file. I checked too this problem on my friend pc who is using ESET and he had same problem with empty log. Problem must be global I think.
