Phantom Account

Hi ESET Support Team,

​I have problem with Phantom Account, and I need to get back to my original account.


Could you please show me the way to get my original account back ?

Go to my.eset.com, log in to your account and make sure that the device is not marked as missing. Then you should be able to log on to your standard account.
