Time with security update

Today i have installed version 10.0.337.337.1 ( pervious version was version 8).

 

All is working fine , updates comes automaticly.

 

But something i don't understand,  Now it 's in The Netherlands ( the time) is  23:16 i have updated smart security and version  of definition is 14110 so far so good, but the time behind shows 01:01:26

 

Why is the time of update total different as real time when update took place?
