Sorry for the following into Dutch, but TS is dutch Man wat zeur je toch? Het is heel simpel sinds versie 10 moet je dus nu internet security hebben en is de smart eigenlijk een nieuwe versie die ook duurder is als smart security versie 9. Dus niet mee zeuren als een verongelijkt kind en gewoon versie 10 internet security installeren.

Today i have installed version 10.0.337.337.1 ( pervious version was version 8). All is working fine , updates comes automaticly. But something i don't understand, Now it 's in The Netherlands ( the time) is 23:16 i have updated smart security and version of definition is 14110 so far so good, but the time behind shows 01:01:26 Why is the time of update total different as real time when update took place?

I have removed with eset removal tool eset smart security 9 And new installation eset smart security works fine

I had installed version 9 from smart secuity was out, but i removed it en went back to version 8, because i had to much problems with version 9. Today i downloaded the latest version an installed it over version 8 and i have used the standards Now version 9 is working so far, but i notice that when i internet with IE 11 as wel with latest Firefox browsing is slower. Have more users this""problem" ?

Well i read here at this forum dat several users have same problems with version 9.0349. What is the changelog of version 9.0351.3? If there were no problems with version 9.049 why is there a Cestina version 9.0651.3?

Great but i wait longer to install that version, when i read at this forum that version 9.0349 has still bugs. The Cestina version has already version 9.0.351.3 so i wait certenly for that version also available is for the Dutch version

These QA tests had have been made in the beta stadium. I don't know who the beta testers are, but no good job was done. It's for me the first version of ESET with so many bugs. And reading this forum still more bugs are shown At this moment no more advice from me to install ESET

It is a very big joke that there no various language versions are available. I have recently renewed mine licence, but after 6 years it's was the last time. I have a license for 3 devices but, one laptop has already another securiy brand. And other antivirus/ firwall have much better forum than Esest has, Sorry for my poor English

I have had a live chat with the dutch eset support , they have installed version 8 of smart security. I wait till there is a stable and working version of version 9

It's not about slow translation at all. Localized build had to pass pre-release QA tests during which issues have been found. Our goal is to release only quality products, not half-baked ones. We did not announce any exact release date as we knew that issues might arise that would hinder the release. Localized versions 9.0.3xx should be available soon. Well version 9 is a half-baked one!!!

That's all what i hear here, patience, come on version 9 have had enough time to be stable and correct working for windows 10

Today i got the message my license is 13 days valid, so i renewed my license. I activeted again with my username and password , i get green check , but my license is still valid till 06-1-2016. I also tried to activate with the serialnumber, but than i get red check serial nuber is not valid?? Why is the activation not working , the licens i have sould be valid till 07-01-2017 Solved now the program license shows 07-01-2017

The same issue would probably occur with v8 if you activated SSL scanning. In older versions it's disabled by default but enabled as of v9. I have turned on ssl scanning in version 8 and found no problems.

I had exactly the same problem with version 9 ( i use windows 10 ). With help of the dutch eset support desk i went back to version 8
