ken1943 22
Just reinstalled, last post, and would like to use same settings from another machine. Didn't find what I needed. The reason is two of the latest windows 10 upgrades had the "explorer.exe can't write to memory location" error on restart and shutdown. Only one the last time so I thought I would uninstall all security programs on my third machine and hope for the best. Not any security program caused the error
Administrators Marcos 4,693 Posted August 5, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 5, 2016 You can export settings and import them on another machine provided that it has the same version of the ESET product installed (e.g. you won't be able to import all settings from v8 to v9, or at least not completely). If you have v8 installed on both machines, there should be no such problems.
