Administrators Marcos 5,072 Posted July 16, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 16, 2016 If you've had an older version of ESET installed, most likely its installer does not exist in the c:\windows\installer folder any more. I'd suggest running the ESET Uninstall tool (hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2289/) to remove all remnants from the previously installed version before proceeding with v9 install.
