unLieb 0
Hey. At first, sorry for my bad english, but it's not my best. And now my problem. Is use ESET since many years with the Opera Browser. For some time, there is an VPN (Proxy) in Opera included. But ESET is blocking this function. I can't activate it. But when i deinstall ESET, the VPN function works without any problems. Any ideas? Administrators Marcos 5,243 Posted June 3, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 3, 2016 Disabling which of the protection modules makes a difference? Firewall? Protocol filtering (in the advanced setup)? Or HIPS?

Administrators Marcos 5,243 Posted June 27, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 27, 2016 Disabling Protocol filtering worked for me... Rather than disabling protocol filtering completely and thus exposing the computer at risk of infection from the web, I'd suggest switching the SSL scanner to interactive mode and excluding the appropriate certificate(s) from protocol filtering.
