Unfortunately, the installation job fails. This error code indicates that you use a proxy server (or Apache HTTP Proxy) for connection to ERA Repository. Is your proxy service working/running? andy17d 0 Posted May 11, 2016 Author Share Posted May 11, 2016 (edited) That's right. I'm using Apache HTTP Proxy. The computer on which the error is outside the corporate network. I've set a policy, which enable the option to download updates from the main server ESET if the proxy server is unavailable. It turned out that apart from setting a proxy for the EEA, it was necessary to additionally set up a proxy for the agent (and more specifically, to Agnet not use a proxy, if it is outside the corporate network).
