Other user cannot open the attacment with error . I just makesure to the email vendor , they said posiblity is virus on the user pc's . But i just make sure the pc already protected with esset the new update . ( esset endpoint 6.2 ) and also i try to scan with others tool , but still cannot find the virus . please advice . regard Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Administrators Marcos 4,704 Posted February 8, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 8, 2016 Unfortunately, it's not clear what the problem is but I have a gut feeling that the other users you've mentioned received email with malware attached and the sender was actually spoofed (ie. it was sent by someone else than it pretended to be).
