My ISP tells me my email address is generating large quantities of spam email.  I have run ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS 9, but the problem is apparently still continuing.  Is there anything else I can do ?

Thanks for the reply above.  Running Log Collector seems like a bit of a challenge for me.  Below is the "bounce" message which came back to my email address apparently in response to one of the spam emails.  If this information is of no use I will go ahead and run the Log Collector, but this may take some time.  The email addresses in the bounce message have been altered.
