Thanks for the reply above. Running Log Collector seems like a bit of a challenge for me. Below is the "bounce" message which came back to my email address apparently in response to one of the spam emails. If this information is of no use I will go ahead and run the Log Collector, but this may take some time. The email addresses in the bounce message have been altered. This is the mail system at host s15970569.onlinehome-server.info. #################################################################### # THIS IS A WARNING ONLY. 2. My ISP tells me my email address is generating large quantities of spam email. I have run ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS 9, but the problem is apparently still continuing. Is there anything else I can do ?
  3. OK - version 9 installed and scan run. 1045 threats found and 1045 cleaned. Many thanks for your help.
  4. Version is 3.0.695.0 Version of virus signature data base is 12477
  5. The previous post is about half of the scan log. The whole thing was rejected because too big. Please let me know if you would like the rest.
  6. Here is the scan log. Sorry, meant "cleaned", not "screened" in original post. 7. I recently ran a manual ESET NOD32 scan on my pc and found 1045 infiltrated objects, but apparently none were able to be screened. Is this a significant problem ? Is there anything I can do about it if it is ?
