Hello, this means ERA Agent is not able to verify ERA Server (or Proxy) certificate due to missing CA certificate. There are multiple possibilities what could be wrong ... you can try to reinstall/repair AGENT installation with proper CA certificate (CA certificate that was used to sign SERVER peer certificate), or you could add missing CA certificate to system store.
